Free from Anxiety: Living in the Present

I used to be a person who worried about imaginary events in the future, and I let my imagination ravage me. My worries and my anxiety didn't allow me to focus on what I was doing.

Also, I'm aware that I'm being driven by my worries and that makes me even more uncomfortable - I'm putting myself down and thinking, "What kind of person am I to let myself be controlled by the imagination?"

Fortunately, I came across some readings that allowed me to see the light. I learned a few techniques that immediately allowed me to take control of myself. I have observed that getting rid of worry and anxiety is not such a difficult task after all.

Today I share this powerful technique with you. It's the "This Is Me doing This" positive technique: going back to the present (and only to the present).

The scattered mind is an area where worries and worries easily develop. Paying attention to what you're doing is key to living a happy and fulfilling life. Having a positive attitude comes naturally.

Decided to return to the present. For example, if you're making food, start by saying to yourself, "I'm making food." Repeat it calmly, focusing on the actual action to make the dishes. Name what you do.

By repeating to yourself "it's me who does (whatever)" you begin to feel relaxed. Other subjects are losing importance; you command your mind to actively focus on what you are doing and only that.

As you move on to your next mission, keep telling yourself what you're doing. "I'm a stair climber", "I'm a cat feeder", etc.

After a few minutes of focusing and repeating to yourself what you are doing, you will probably feel well. All the stress and anxiety seems to be over or worthless. Stay focused.

Talking positively to each other tells you what you're doing. Say "I'm brushing my teeth" (example), followed by "I'm calm and enjoying the moment", "I'm brushing my teeth", "I feel good and comfortable".

The benefits of this technique are powerful and almost immediate. It allows you to focus on the present rather than letting your mind play with hypothetical events. It closes all unnecessary worries and worries.

When practiced regularly, this technique gives you the opportunity to become more aware of who you are, where you are, and what you are doing. The first step to choosing the life you want!
